Guideline When Using Appetite Suppressant Pills

Generally for over-the-counter diet pills (Hoodia Gordonii) the effect is harmless but if you take prescription appetite suppressant diet pills (Adipex, Meridia, Sibutramine, Phentermine, Ampethamines) it can cause nervousness, insomnia, and rapid heart beat.

Make sure that you drink a lot of water when taking appetite suppressant pill, some suppressant such as Hoodia Gordonii make your brain think that you aren’t thirsty. So there are possible effect of dehydration.

For those who have diabetes shouldn’t use appetite suppressant diet pill especially Hoodia Gordonii because it also fool your brain think you are in safe sugar level until its too late.

What type of people should use this?

Those who feel hungry all the time, eat full meal everytime but doesn’t like to snack.
