In theory appetite suppressant work by fooling your mind thinking that you are full, making you less hungry for some time.
What’s the catch? If you like snacking then this effect won’t do any good, even though you aren’t hungry you can still snack a lot of calorie. Generally for over-the-counter diet pills (Hoodia Gordonii) the effect is harmless but if you take prescription appetite suppressant diet pills (Adipex, Meridia, Sibutramine, Phentermine, Ampethamines) it can cause nervousness, insomnia, and rapid heart beat. Make sure that you drink a lot of water when taking appetite suppressant pill, some suppressant such as Hoodia Gordonii make your brain think that you aren’t thirsty. So there are possible effect of dehydration. For those who have diabetes shouldn’t use appetite suppressant diet pill especially Hoodia Gordonii because it also fool your brain think you are in safe sugar level until its too late.
What type of people should use this? Those who feel hungry all the time, eat full meal everytime but doesn’t like to snack.
