When talking about diet pill surely there are many people that are skeptical about this, thinking that diet pill doesn’t work and not healthy. Well many of these people certainly haven’t tried or desperate enough to take one. The truth is diet pill does work, but probably not like many people would imagine it would do.

There are two kind in the market right now. Prescription and Over-the-counter pills, the difference between those two are in the effectiveness and side effect. While the prescription one or should we say drug type are certainly more effective, but it also carry more severe side effect. Over-the-counter diet pill or also known as herbal diet pill is certainly more safer than those prescription one, but the effectiveness of these kind is still lower than the prescription one.
Should you use it?
